Jeri Skipper has been a trusted partner in mortgage lending and real estate for over 30 years, serving clients across Santa Cruz County and beyond. A true local, born and raised in Santa Cruz, Jeri combines deep community roots with thoughtful expertise to guide her clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.
As both a licensed Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Broker, Jeri offers a rare, full-picture perspective. She’s known for her calm, solutions-oriented approach — especially when deals get tricky. Every client and every situation is unique, and Jeri takes pride in crafting lending strategies that genuinely fit. She believes in building relationships over transactions and is always focused on finding the best path forward for her clients, no matter the complexity.
Clients are drawn to her not just for her results, but for her energy. Jeri brings a positive light into every space she walks into — fun, honest, and refreshingly real. She has a way of making people feel at ease, even in the midst of major financial decisions. That ability to connect on both a personal and professional level is what sets her apart.
A proud UCLA Bruin, Jeri holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Business — a combination that’s served her well in understanding people and navigating the emotional and financial layers of the lending process.
Jeri is also the co-founder of Skipper RPM, a real estate, mortgage lending, and property management firm rooted in responsiveness, partnership, and community.
When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her outdoors with family and friends doing activities like snow skiing, water skiing, boating, biking, or dancing all with a big smile on her face. She lives with passion, leads with integrity, and brings contagious enthusiasm to everything she does, in business and in life.

Sierra Skipper is a property management professional with a strong operational background and a deep commitment to excellence. Born and raised in Santa Cruz, Sierra brings both local knowledge and a wide range of industry experience to the clients and communities she serves. Her real estate journey began in South Lake Tahoe in 2017, where she worked for a high-volume property management firm overseeing more than 1,000 single-family, multi-family, and commercial units. The fast-paced environment sharpened her skills in tenant relations, compliance, vendor coordination, and property performance — quickly earning her a reputation for being focused, dependable, and solutions-oriented.
After several years away, Sierra returned to Santa Cruz to bring her vision to life: a property management firm rooted in transparency, consistency, and operational excellence. She partners with homeowners and investors to protect their assets, streamline operations, and maintain strong tenant relationships — all with a thoughtful, structured approach that delivers long-term results.
What sets Sierra apart is her ability to lead with both clarity and care. She takes the time to understand each property's unique needs while ensuring owners feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Sierra finds balance through the outdoors and enjoys spending time in Santa Cruz and Lake Tahoe biking, hiking, skiing, and being active in nature. Her daughter, Ava, is the center of her world, and Sierra deeply values time with her close-knit family. Determined, grounded, and committed to her clients, she brings a quiet intensity and steady leadership to every aspect of her work.

Christina Skipper a dynamic Chief of Staff who thrives on driving growth, breaking barriers, transforming businesses, and empowering executive leadership to exceed strategic initiatives. Fast-paced, high-impact environments are where Christina operates best—leveraging financial management, analytics, and strategic planning to optimize operations, align teams, and execute at the highest level.
For the past five years, Christina Skipper has built a strong foundation in wealth management, most recently serving as Vice President, Financial Advisor, and Group Director at Wealth Enhancement Group (WEG). In this role, she led client onboarding, investment strategy, and business development while also driving operational efficiencies, scaling the team, and managing executive priorities. Under her leadership, the Cherry Creek Team became one of WEG’s top growth teams in 2023 and 2024, doubling its book of business in just 10 months. Christina’s impact was nationally recognized when she was named one of InvestmentNews’ Best Wealth Managers & Advisors Under 40 | Rising Stars in 2024.
Christina began her career in wealth management at Morgan Stanley in 2019, where she discovered a passion for the intersection of strategic problem-solving and personal relationships. She quickly advanced into a leadership role spearheading growth initiatives, expanding client relationships, and enhancing strategic decision-making across the team.
Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Christina moved to Denver to attend the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Information and Analytics (cum laude, 2020) and her Master’s in Applied Quantitative Finance (2021).
Outside of work, Christina is deeply family-oriented and finds joy in traveling, spending time in the mountains and by the ocean. She is passionate about mentorship and community involvement — dedicating time to teaching dance to young students at Cherry Creek Academy and actively supporting causes focused on education, next-generation development, and empowering women in finance.
